The Blue Mountain Village Foundation is excited to announce its partnership with 24hr BLUE MTN, a thrilling team relay fundraising event taking place February 22-23, 2025.
Launched in 2018, 24h BLUE MTN will benefit Special Olympics and Blue Mountain Village Foundation. Hosted at Blue Mountain, Ontario’s premier ski destination, the team event combines the excitement of non-stop recreation with community spirit and unforgettable moments. Participants can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, running, or walking during this action-packed day and night filled with live music, delicious food, great company, and exciting perks and prizes including skis, a trip to Club Med with travel provided by Air Canada, and more.
The event kicks off with inspiring opening ceremonies at Blue Mountain’s world-class village facilities, followed by 24 hours on the slopes, and culminates with uplifting closing celebrations. Teams will experience friendly competition on the stunning snowy slopes and build lasting memories through the pre- and après-event camaraderie.
New this year is the Squire John’s Escarpment Challenge, a lively competition between the seven private ski clubs for the title of the most laps and the highest fundraising.
There are many ways to participate: create or join a team or donate to help us reach our fundraising goal of $300,000. All contributions are appreciated and funds raised for Blue Mountain Village Foundation will directly support local charitable programs for youth and families.
24hr BLUE MTN is made possible by the generous support of its partners, including Gallagher, Levaero Aviation, Alair Homes, BarDown, Rossignol, Apple Self Storage, Vacasa, Red Bull, Club Med, Air Canada, TSN, mycollingwood.ca, Escarpment Magazine, On The Bay, Mountain Life, CollingwoodToday, Blue Mountain Resorts, and Blue Mountain Village Association.
