Mondays and Thursdays at dusk, July and August (Free activity!)
Every Monday and Thursday night during the months of July and August, pull up a chair in the Events Plaza and enjoy a free showing of a box office hit! From

Solo: A Star Wars Story, our summer movie listing has something for all ages and interests. Each movie starts at dusk, so arrive early to get your seats or bring a blanket for your family to lounge on!
Every day, all summer (Free activity!)
Any day of the week, you can pick up a free scavenger hunt at the Visitor’s Information Centre (located by Beaver Tails) and spend some time winding your way through the Village following the clues! Once you uncover all the clues and complete the hunt, return to the Visitor’s Information Centre to claim your prize!
Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 8pm, July and August (Free activity!)
Summer isn’t complete without a family campfire experience! Get your family together and grab a seat next to the campfire to join in a sing-a-long at the Fire Pit (next to the Water Street Bandstand).
Every day, all summer (Free activity!)
There’s no shortage of free spots to stop and let the kids play for a few hours, with the Mill Pond Playground and Splash Pad located just steps away from each other near the centre of the Village! Spend some time climbing, sliding, and swinging on the Village Playground, and cool down afterwards at our Splash Pad!
Open daily from 10am to 9pm, all summer
Explore the serenity of the Mill Pond in a multi-person paddle boat, located in the heart of the Village. Cruise with up to four people per boat, take in the natural beauty, and snap a few photos while you’re enjoying a relaxing paddle!
Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm to 8pm
Plunge! Aquatic Centre offers the perfect program to entertain your kids and give you a night off. Drop-off your kids and let them enjoy a few hours of supervised swimming and playing in Plunge’s indoor/outdoor water playground with a pizza dinner, while you enjoy date night on a patio in the Village! Every evening, July and August (Free activity!)
From award-winning festivals and events with amazing headliners every weekend, to local artists performing every night of the week, there's always great live music to get you dancing in the Village! From 6-8pm on Mondays and Thursdays, 6-9pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 7-10pm on Fridays, and weekend events jam-packed with live music, you can enjoy free concerts every night on the Coca-Cola Village Stage!

Every Tuesday and Thursday morning during the summer months, head to Storytime Park (next to the Mill Pond Playground) for readings of our favourite children's books!

Blue Mountain has four self-guided hiking trails that range in difficulty and length for everyone to enjoy. Make an afternoon of it and once you make it to the top of the mountain, reward yourself with a Gondola ride down or descend on one of the free trails! If you’re looking to venture further, The Bruce Trail and The Georgian Trail are also close by and offer more trails to explore!

With great family-friendly restaurants offering kids menu options, including Firehall Pizza Co., Copper Blues, Kaytoo, Northwinds Brewpub, Oliver & Bonacini Café Grill, Wild Wing, Tholos, Camino Taco, and Sunset Grill, you’ll find something to please even the pickiest of eaters!
